幽门螺旋杆菌与胃癌meta分析（Meta analysis of Helicobacter pylori and gastric cancer） Meta analysis of Helicobacter pylori and gastric cancer [Abstract] [Objective] the Meta method was used to evaluate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and gastric cancer, and the influencing factors of Hp infection on gastric cancer were analyzed. [Methods] 25 articles were included in the standard, and the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated by using Review Manager 4.2.5 software. For other factors, the interaction between Hp infection and gastric cancer was analyzed by stratified analysis. [result] the OR=2.52 and 95%CI=1.79~3.55 (P0.00001) were combined by the random model Meta analysis. Stratified analysis revealed that cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, high salt diet, vitamin C intake, and host gene polymorphisms were associated with the occurrence of Hp infection in gastric cancer. [Conclusion] Hp infection is the pathogenic factor of gastric cancer, lifestyle factors and host gene polymorphism have certain influence on carcinogenesis of Hp infection.
