彭文生工资增长率不敌员工流失率(Peng Wensheng the wage growth rate is not equal to the turnover rate of employees)

The recent market concerns of rising labor costs and other issues, the CICC macro group from May 18th to 20 went to Suzhou Industrial Park, the research objects including labor-intensive enterprises, high-tech enterprises AUO and Flextronics, the same way network and the new land itsunew technology, state-owned real estate enterprises and the building of Suzhou industrial group, and the park management departments.
According to the results of the survey, the labor cost of enterprises in the park has risen by an average of 10% to 15% over the past few years, and the demand for labor, inflation expectations and the minimum wage have been the main factors driving up wages. However, enterprises have basically realized the synchronous increase of labor productivity and labor cost by improving management efficiency, industrial gradient transfer and technological progress.

There are about 600 thousand employees in Suzhou Industrial Park. At present, the per capita annual income of processing trade enterprises in the region is 48 thousand yuan. In the past few years, all kinds of enterprises in the park have been under the pressure of rising labor costs, especially the employees at the grass-roots level (production line operators, property management workers, junior engineers, etc.). In recent years, this kind of personnel turnover rate is high, recruitment difficulties, salary pressure, the past 5 years, the average annual wage growth of 10%, is expected in 2011 wage increase will be 10%.
