2011年8月 高 速 铁 路 技 术 No．4．Vo1．2 第2卷第4期 SPEED RAILWAY TECHN0L0GY Aug．2011 文章编号：1674—8247(201 1)04—0057—05 既有线困难地段大型移动防护棚架吊装拆除 张赵武 (中铁一局集团有限公司， 重庆401121) 摘 要：文章介绍了沪杭客运专线海杭特大桥石大路桥段上跨既有沪昆铁路施工所采取的移动防护棚架拆 除施工技术及施工组织全过程，总结了防护棚架采用移动式的优点：即大大减小了棚架结构，节约了材料，同 时棚架安装拆除工作量也相应减少，加快了施工进度，缩短了既有线安全防护所用天窗的时间。根据高速铁 路对线型顺畅的要求高、与既有线路相互交角会变小、上跨既有线施工防护难度将增大的特点，提出了上跨 既有铁路提高施工防护要求以减少安全事故频率次数。 关键词：既有线；困难地段；大型移动防护棚架；吊装拆除 中图分类号：U215．5 文献标识码：B Dismantlement of Large Movable Protecting Scaffolding by Hoisting in the Difficult Section of an Existing Line ZHANG Zhao．WU (China Railway First Group Co．，Ltd，Chongqing 401 121，China) 口 Abstract：Based on construction technology and construction organization，this paper presents a detailed account of the dismantlement of movable protecting scaffolding on Shida section of extra--long Haihang bridge on Shanghai—-Hangzhou passenger dedicated line，which is constructed over the Shanghai-Kunming existing line．It also summarizes the merits of movable protecting scaffolding as making the scaffolding smaller，economizing materials，reducing the work of dismantle— ment of scaffolding，speeding up construction，saving the skylight time for safety protection of existing line．In view of the requirement for high-speed line smoothness，the smaller angle with the existing line and grave difficulty for the pro· tection when passing over the existing line，the paper gives suggestions on how to protect the existing line when a line is constructed over it so that the occurrence of accident shall be minimized． Key words：existing line；unfavorable section；large movable protecting scaffolding；dismantlement by hoisting
