Unit 2 Tastes 教案 Teaching aims: Review the words and sentence. Grasp new words. Learn how to describe the taste of the food. Teaching important points: To master the pronunciation of words. To learn to how to use the sentence. Teaching difficult points: Help pupils understand the difference between countable and uncountable nouns. Teaching methods: Real intuitive method. Situational method. Group activity learning method. Teaching steps: Step1 Warming up 1. Greet pupils. I know you are the best. Follow me and say “Good, better, best.” Stick “I am the best” on the blackboard. Read after me loudly. Step2 Look and look Now in this lesson, we will study five words and one sentence. Words: candy lemon taste sweet sour Sentence: How is it? It is sweet/sour. Step3 Pairwork T: Look at bears again. It is time to have lunch. I think they are a little hungry. Give them favorite fruit. Revise “What is it? It is a/an…” Then study “How is it? It is…” Step4 sing song Show the pictures, study words “candy, sweet”, then say out their opposite words “sour” by comparing. Teach the pupils sing them. Write words on the blackboard. (板书) candy candy 是糖果 sweet sweet 甜甜甜 lemon lemon 是柠檬 sour sour 酸酸酸 taste taste 我品尝 Step5 Play a game In four groups, clap your hands to practice the rhyme. Give pupils some minutes to finish them. Do after me. Step 6 Who are the best? Match the words on the card. When you do it, you can read a rhyme above. Who are the best? Write names on the blackboard. Step7 Summary In this lesson, we have learned five words and one sentence. Step8 Homework 1. Read words three times and copy. 2.To be the announcer(播音员)at home.
