一个业务员的提成方案(A commission scheme for a salesman)
On the whole: I worked in a foreign trade company of 12 people, the owner of the cars engine, an accessory, the product is relatively single. Entered the company at the end of 2005, and in 2006 the year was done with purchasing and merchandising. At the beginning of 2007, the company module was divided into 3 divisions, the sales department, the purchasing department and an administrative department. Because at that time I was in the company for a long time, and in 2006 sales more, but the boss let me in charge of the sales department work, everyone called me manager.
Say, the manager, mainly a guiding authority in the business. Because my business is more skilled. The companys business flow more frequently, the second half of last year at the same time walked two, and later recruited new. The performance of the recruit is unsatisfactory on the one hand; on the other hand, our boss likes the appearance of being honest. But people tend to have a poor sense of sales. I want to bring new people to order with their regular customers. The boss seemed convinced that they could develop it. The results are not satisfactory.

The reason why I wrote this post is this. The boss worked out a new royalty plan and discussed it with me and two other managers. I was going to send the new project, but it was EXCEL, and I didnt know how to upload it. Among them are as follows:
1, business development new customers according to sales gross profit commission of 6%.
2, new customers from second single start, the first single order of the product commission to 4%, second single new under 6% (so have to do statistical work).
3, the key point, the old customer (that is, since the beginning of the first single, 12 months is a new customer, and then for the old customers) orders without any commission.
