Recruitment requirements
(1) analyze the existing situation of the company and negotiate with various department managers to determine the needs of the personnel.
In view of the specific position of the company, in conjunction with the specific requirements of the job specification, determine the basic knowledge, experience and skills required by the recruitment position.
Natural conditions: including educational background, gender, age, personality, pronunciation, intonation, language and other specific requirements.
Personal skills: including work experience, personality characteristics, physical needs, skills requirements and other specific requirements
(2) determine the quantity of recruitment
Before recruiting, it is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment by determining the number of personnel recruited in different positions
(3) personnel structure
The personnel structure includes age structure, sex structure, educational background structure, personality structure, work experience structure, etc.
Age structure: recruitment should give full consideration to the different age, age appropriate opened; try to avoid more female practitioners at a certain age, due to personal factors such as marriage, family centralized staff shortage; the collocation of different ages to make the whole team is vigorous yet steady.
Gender structure: in recruitment, the staff should maintain the appropriate gender ratio, can alleviate the excessive number of female employees, resulting in a single work atmosphere, boring, so as to improve work efficiency;
