Lisa Burris Arthur is vice president of marketing for Oracle Corp e-commerce. She is responsible for the promotion of Oracle Corp CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications and online service products in the global market. She has spoken on many famous occasions around the world, including direct focus (Direct, Focus), Gartner, Asia Pacific Research Center, Frost Sullivan, customer contact world and Stanford University.
Online marketing has a long history.
