Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the status quo of primary school teachers education and scientific research, find out the problems and propose corresponding reform measures. I. the status quo of teachers scientific research ability in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province, and through interviews and questionnaires, the author investigated schools in some cities and rural areas in Jiangxi province. The main survey questionnaire is part of the city and rural primary school in Nanchang area and Shangrao area, issued a total of 2500 copies of questionnaires, rural and city primary school 1250, 2000 valid questionnaires were recovered, 1000 copies of each city, rural primary school.
