授权能力(Empowerment) The eighteenth chapter is empowerment Ability (empowerment) refers to the degree of giving others freedom or guiding others to achieve personal goals or challenging space. This quality calls for an answer to the question, how can you create an atmosphere of trust in which people dare to take risks and make mistakes? Questions related to this quality are included in the questionnaire: 1., properly guide people, do not impose their views on them. 2. dont feel threatened when you empower others. 3. support people who make small mistakes in different things. 4. dont criticize or punish people when they are trying. 5. provide extensive guidance on tasks and let people determine their own ways. 6. reward individuals when they overcome their limitations and work hard. High score feature The score was 4~5 points (frequent and almost always), indicating that the person liked to take on new and scalable tasks, and grew by taking appropriate risks and doing things differently. They give a lot of responsibility to the people they think they can, and encourage people to achieve personal challenges and goals. High achievers are likely to actively empower others to take responsibility, and may even cancel their restrictions on new or different tasks. When they are authorized to others, they rarely feel uncomfortable and are willing to give the support they need, even when the method or decision seems ineffective. The characteristics of the lower achievers The score was mainly 1~2 points (almost no and occasional), indicating that the person rarely gives sufficient space or power to undertake tasks or projects at the edge of other peoples abilities or skills. They tend to point out very specifically how to perform a task, even if they interfere with others when they feel they have made a mistake or are about to make a mistake.
