提高团队绩效的7项策略(7 strategies for improving team performance) Since the birth of team testing and Simulation in the 60s of last century, the team as a unit to solve the problem has gradually become the worlds major enterprises competing to adopt an effective method. According to the survey by the end of March 2006, 80% of the fortune 500 companies have more than half of the employees to work in a team; 500 companies China 60%, more than 40% employees participated in or are involved in team work. How to improve team performance is the subject of long-term research and concern in theorists and enterprises. This paper intends to discuss practical methods to improve team performance from the perspective of team behavior and case study. First, what is team and team performance? (I) team A team is a group of two or more people who work together with each members knowledge, experience and skills to solve the problem and achieve the common goal of two. In general, the team has the following three characteristics: (1) the team must have a realistic goal, in order to clear the teams value; (2) team consists of at least two people, but the scale must be limited in order to protect the members fully understand between and mutual influence; (3) the team must play 1+1 is much larger than the 2 effect. (two) team performance Team performance is performance contribution that is shared by team members. Indicators of performance contribution include team goals, timeliness, quality, ease of effort, and impact on the organization. Usually, the teams goals are decomposed into several tasks, and the corresponding weights are assigned according to the key tasks. Then the performance of the team is evaluated according to the above five indicators. The general performance evaluation is actually the evaluation of the results, and the management of both the goal and the process is the guarantee for the team to produce high performance.
