农学学报 2016,6(2):22-26 Journal of Agriculture 山西南部水地小麦区试品系农艺性状比较及通径分析 任文斌，谢三刚，王 倩，吴翠翠，赵智勇，柴永峰，李秀绒 （山西省农业科学院棉花研究所，山西运城044000） 摘 要：为了了解山西南部水地小麦育种发展趋势，对2012—2014 年山西南部水地小麦区试的41 份品系 进行农艺性状比较分析、相关分析、通径分析。研究结果表明：穗长变异系数最大，为9.61% 。产量三要 素变异系数有效穗数千粒重穗粒数。多重比较分析表明，各年度间产量达极显著水平。参试品系与 对照各农艺性状t 检验均无显著差异。相关分析表明，产量与基本苗、有效穗数、生育期呈极显著正相 关，与穗粒数显著正相关。通径分析表明，有效穗数、穗粒数、千粒重对产量的直接贡献较大，但综合作 用中穗粒数最大。根据分析结果及山西南部生态条件，穗粒数是影响小麦产量的主要因素，在山西南部 小麦育种过程中应该将穗粒数较多，千粒重稳定提高的小麦品系作为突破口。 关键词：小麦；农艺性状；相关分析；通径分析；山西南部 中图分类号：S512.1 文献标志码：A 论文编号：cja ComparisonandPathAnalysisofAgronomicCharactersofWheatLinesinRegionalTrial inSouthernShanxiProvince RenWenbin,XieSangang,WangQian,WuCuicui,ZhaoZhiyong,ChaiYongfeng,LiXiurong (CottonResearchInstitute,ShanxiAcademyofAgriculturalSciences,Yuncheng044000,Shanxi,China) Abstract: In order to understand the development trend of irrigated wheat breeding in southern Shanxi Province,agronomiccharactersof 41wheatlinesinregionaltrialinsouthernShanxifrom 2012to 2014were analyzedbycomparisonanalysis,correlationanalysis andpathanalysismethods.Theresultsshowedthatthe coefficientofvariationofspikelengthwasthehighest,9.61%.Thevariationcoefficientofthreefactorsofyield showedthenumberofeffectivespikes1000-grainweightgrainsperspike.Multiplecomparativeanalysis showedthattherewereextremelysignificantdifferencesinyieldamongtheyears,butTtestoftheagronomic charactersbetweenthetrialwheatlinesandCKhadnosignificantdifference.Thecorrelationanalysisshowed thattheyieldwas extremelyand significantlypositivecorrelated withthebasicseedling,thenumberof effectivespikesandgrowthperiod,andwassignificantlypositivecorrelatedwithgrainsperspike.Pathanalysis showedthatthenumber
