In this paper, there are many details material about the pages and database table and program sections related to the implementation of the education Website Tax861 of BJLTB, Also attached to the comprehensive illustrations and descriptions of the design solutions. This paper attempting to summaries the knowledge studied in the recent years and leads to the practical works, including some technical standard paragraphs collected from Internet.
