The in troduction firstly goe s to the general p rincip le s and app roache s to realize cycle econom y. It is then argued that the techn ical app roache s to re alize CE shou ld include clean p roduction , green m anufactu ring, eco - indu stry system , environm en tal m anage m en t system for en terp rise, and social system of co llecting, reu sing and dispo sing of wa ste s. It is also po in ted ou t that the motive m echan ism shou ld focu s on con sum ing pu lling, governm en tal p u rcha sing, po licy encou raging, m arket m echan ism for wa ste drain ing or dump ing, pub lic p articip ating and mon itoring. F inally, it is sugge sted that legal system for CE shou ld be p romoted and imp roved.
