南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 牙周粘膜病学 Periodontology and Diseases of Oral Mucosa 适用专业: 口腔医学专业 执笔人：刘嘉利 审定人：吴补领 学院负责人： 耿仁文 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月 一、课程简介 课程代码：B090073 学 分：3.5学分 学 时：80学时 先修课程：病理学、口腔组织病理学 适用专业：口腔医学专业 牙周粘膜病学是口腔医学的重要课程之一。牙周组织疾病是人类口腔中两大最常见的疾病之一。是指发生在牙齿支持组织（牙周组织）的疾病。包括牙龈病和牙周炎。本教学过程包括课堂讲授、临床见习、实习等环节。其目的是使学生掌握牙周病的临床表现、基本治疗手段，并贯彻预防牙周疾病的具体措施和健康教育。口腔粘膜病是指发生在口腔粘膜及软组织上的类型差异、种类众多的疾病总称。分为主要发生在口腔粘膜的疾病、粘膜—皮肤病、合并起源于外胚层和中胚层的某些疾病及全身疾病在口腔粘膜的表征。其病因较复杂，临床表现多样，发病往往与全身密切相关。因此通过本课程，学生应对口腔粘膜的固有病及常见病具备诊断及治疗能力，对粘膜皮肤病及某些全身系统病的口腔表征具有基本知识，写出正确详细的病历，并能掌握口腔粘膜病的一般治疗原则及本大纲讲授的各种常见病的常用外文名词。 Course Code：B090073 Credit：3.5 Period: 80 Prerequisite Courses：Pathology、Oral histopathology Target Major： Stomatology Diseases of periodontal tissues are one of the most common diseases in human oral cavity, which occur in the tooth supporting tissues (periodontal tissues), including gingival diseases and periodontal diseases. This course includes both theoretical and clinical practices, which will make students master clinical manifestations and basic therapeutic methods of periodontal diseases and then make them carry out specific measures and health education for preventing periodontal diseases. Diseases of oral mucosa are a general name of many and different kinds of diseases occurring in oral mucosa and parenchyma, including diseases occurred in oral mucosa principally, mucosa-skin diseases, and superficial syndrome in oral mucosa of diseases derived from ectoderm and endoderm and system diseases. Its etiological factor is complicated and clinical manifestation is diversiform. The disease’s occurrence is correlated intimately with the whole body. After learning this course, students should have the ability of diagnosing and treating intrinsic diseases and common disease of oral mucosa and should have the basic knowledge for mucosa-skin diseases and the superficial syndrome in oral mucosa of some system diseases.
