摘 要 本文为武汉大学东湖分校4号教学楼建筑与结构设计计算书。设计的主要内容是进行教学楼建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计内容：按照毕业设计任务书的要求确定房间开间进深尺寸，柱网布置，及建筑做法，最后绘制主要建筑施工图；结构设计内容：根据建筑施工图确定结构方案，进行结构设计计算，绘制结构施工图。 结构设计根据建筑设计、工艺使用和抗震方面的要求，以及现场材料供应情况、施工能力和场地地质条件等因素，确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案，并确定框架、楼面、屋面、楼梯及其它承重构件和非承重构件的形式。然后，选取一榀主框架及其柱下独立基础进行结构计算，计算过程是先进行荷载计算，然后进行内力分析、侧移验算和内力组合。各结构构件设计所采用的计算方法为：框架水平荷载采用D值法；框架竖向荷载采用分层法计算。最后对各结构构件进行配筋计算，并运用AutoCAD、PKPM、天正建筑、天正结构等软件绘制整栋建筑的建筑施工图和结构施工图。 关键词： 钢筋混凝土； 框架结构； 抗震设计 Abstract This thesis is the design and calculation of the structure of the fourth teaching building of Donghu college,wuhan university. The main content includes architectural and structural design. Contents of architectural design: according to graduation task report , determine the size of the room bay and depth, column grid layout, construction practices and drawed the main constructors. Contents of the structural design: determined the structural programme, made the structural design calculation, drawed the structural constructors on the basis of the architectural constructors. Structural design needed to define a reasonable structural style and layout, and then establish the form of the framework, floor, roof, stairs and other load-bearing members and non-load-bearing components. The whole programe was based on the architectural design, use of technology , the seismic requirements, on-site material supply situation , construction capacity, and geological conditions, and other venues. Then select a Pin of the main framework besides its independent foundations, to load first, and then proceed to internal forces calculation, checking of side shift and internal forces combination. Desige calculation method for all the structural members: Floor design adopted a flexible theoretical calculation method; the level load of framework used D values method to calculate; the vertical load of the framework made use of the monment secondary distribution method.
