Warming up Introduce her background to students by using different methods: First listen to a song that is sung by Alanis everything T: Now pop songs are popular with teenagers. Have you heard of the song? What do you think of the song? S: T: Do you know who sing it? S: T: Teacher show the picture of Alanis the superstar, a true performer. Do you want to know her? ( a short but clear introduction about Alanis) S: T: Now let’s read an article about the superstar, and you will learn more information about her.
