胆囊结石合并胆总管结石微创治疗与传统手术治疗的比较分析 杨志勇 （广东省东莞市塘厦医院外一科 东莞523721） 摘要：目的：分析胆囊结石合并胆总管结石微创治疗与传统手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：将2013年12月～2015年2月胆囊结石合并胆总管结石74例随机分为两组，每组37例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗，观察组采用微创手术治疗，观察两组疗效及并发症情况。结果：观察组手术成功率为97.3%，与对照组94.6%比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.1%，明显低于对照组的27.0%（P＜0.05）；观察组胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间，明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的治疗方案中，腹腔镜与内镜联合下行微创外科手术方案效果确切，并发症发生少，术后有利于患者康复，缩短住院时间，值得推广应用。 关键词：胆囊结石；胆总管结石；微创术式；开腹手术 Comparative Analysis of Gallstones and Biliary Calculi Minimally Invasive Treatment with Traditional Surgery YANG Zhi-yong (Department of general surgery, Tangxia hospital of Dongguan, Guangdong523721) Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of gallbladder and common bile duct stones with traditional surgery. Methods: 74 Patients with gallstones and biliary calculi from December 2013 to February 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, 37 cases of each group. The control group received traditional open surgery, the observation group received minimally invasive surgery. Effects and complications of the two groups were observed. Results: The observation group surgical success rate was 97.3%, and 94.6% of control group, there was no statistical significance (P0.05). The observation group complication rate was 8.1%, significantly low than the control group 27.0% (P0.05). Gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay of observation group were better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Biliary stones gallstone treatment programs, combined laparoscopic and endoscopic minimally invasive surgical solutions downside exact effect, fewer complications, postoperative rehabilitation of patients in favor, greatly reducing the length of hospital stay, worthy of promotion and application.
