This design, in line with the principle of well chosen to arrange furniture and accessories, skip unnecessary elements, allow some space to stay white, for people with imagination and breathing space. Modern minimalist Villa stressed in the space inside and outside the room spacious, geometric line decoration, color transparent, crisp jumps, three-dimensional surface strong sense of hierarchy. In pursuit of objective factors in the pursuit of freedom of space plane design, walls, floors, ceilings and furniture, furnishings and lighting are all in a compact design, characterized by pure texture, fine craft. Key words: Modern simplism; villa; green ;material 前言 现代人每天面对城市的污染和嘈杂，紧张的生活节奏和激烈的竞争力，因而更加向往清新自然、随意轻松的生活环境。越来越多的都市人开始摒弃豪华复杂的装修，力求拥有一种自然简约的居室空间。 我研究的主要内容是现代简约主义风格在别墅中的运用。本次的别墅设计是针对一个四口之家。父母是在南京工作的都市白领，三十五岁左右，有一个十岁的儿子和一个六岁的女儿。 简约装修同样需要挑选精品，注意细节的精致，而不是简单的凑合和少花钱。对设计者而
