摘 要 五矿有色业务中心是五矿集团六大业务运营中心之一。近年来，五矿有色业 务中心通过积极实施“走出去战略”，在全球范围内已完成资源、产业、营销网 络的布局。 随着国内经济发展方式的转变和产业结构的调整升级，节能减排、技术改造、 兼并重组和环境治理为重点是未来有色金属产业的发展方向。同时，国企的使命 也要求五矿有色业务中心未来要加强国际合作，提高资源保障能力，增强核心竞 争力和可持续发展能力。有色金属产业全球化竞争的特点要求五矿有色业务中心 必须控制优势矿产资源，完善生产要素配置，在全球范围内推进产业的联合重组， 不断加大技术创新投入，引入管理创新理念，实现实体经济和虚拟经济的合理结 合。 当前五矿有色业务优势与劣势并存。产业版图完整，但涉及产业环节和金属 品类过多；资产和收入规模迅速壮大，但盈利能力却出现下降；在全球有色金属 产业中已经具备相当的竞争力，但产业组织复杂，协同困难；资本平台数量充裕， 但缺乏主线且发展不均衡；业务模式已实现成功转型，但业务布局受多方面掣肘， 需要平衡多方的关系。 本论文主要研究确定五矿有色业务中心未来的发展定位和发展方向；对当前 的多个业务进行筛选，确定业务发展的主次重点；为主要业务品类制定发展规划 和和产业整合、组织整合方案；对于当前五矿有色业务中心的多个资本平台提出 资本整合方案和行动计划。 关键词：有色金属；整合；发展；战略 I Abstract Minmetals Minmetals Group Business Center is one of six operations centers. In recent years, CMN business center through actively implement the going out strategy, have been completed worldwide resources, industry, marketing network layout. With the economic development pattern and industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, energy conservation, technological innovation, mergers and acquisitions and environmental governance as the focus of the future direction of development of non-ferrous metals industry. Meanwhile, the state-owned enterprises also require CMNs mission operations center next to strengthen international cooperation to improve the resources and support capabilities, and enhance core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity.
