摘 要 近年来，人类活动和自然干扰，导致内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区生境的破碎化，出现 了啮齿动物在不同斑块间的不连续分布，而生存于小生境片段中的种群具有很高的 灭绝风险。2002~2012 年每年的 4~10 月，采用标志重捕法对内蒙古阿拉善荒漠区禁 牧、轮牧、过牧和开垦 4 种人为不同利用方式形成的生境斑块中的啮齿动物种群动 态及空间格局进行了分析，检验其种群空间结构是否具有集合种群的功能，探讨啮 齿动物对生境破碎化的空间响应机制，试图为集合种群理论研究提供充分的实验性 证据。结果表明： （1）啮齿动物斑块占据动态存在一定差异，长爪沙鼠 （Meriones unguiculatus ） 在不同生境斑块中占据动态变化最明显，黑线仓鼠 （Cricetulus barabensis）次之。 同时，上述 2 个鼠种在各生境斑块中均具有灭绝风险，而局域种群发生灭绝后具有 重建的可能，表现出明显的种群周转。其余鼠种斑块占据动态和种群周转不明显， 或仅在部分斑块具有灭绝重建动态。 （2 ）不同生境斑块中各鼠种种群密度年际间差异较大，特别是长爪沙鼠和黑线 仓鼠。子午沙鼠种群在不同生境斑块中具有很高的空间同步性动态，而其余鼠种各 局域种群在不同生境斑块间整体动态是非同步的。 （3 ）该荒漠区长爪沙鼠、黑线仓鼠、子午沙鼠 （Meriones meridianus ）和小毛 足 （Phodopus roborovskii ）鼠个体居留时间较短，周转率相对较高。五趾跳鼠 （Allactaga sibirica ）、阿拉善黄鼠 （Spermophilus alaschanicus ）和三趾跳鼠 （Dipus sagitta ）居留时间相对较长，周转率相对较低。试验中观测到发生扩散的主要为雄 性个体，而三趾跳鼠主要为雌性个体扩散。 （4 ）长爪沙鼠和黑线仓鼠是经典集合种群，五趾跳鼠和三趾跳鼠在禁牧区、轮 牧区和过牧区中为斑块化种群。 （5 ）该区域啮齿动物为多物种共存的集合种群，整体形成一个集合群落。 关键词：集合种群；啮齿动物；结构；扩散；荒漠 Studies on Desert Rodent Metapopulation in Fragmented Habitats Subjected to Human Disturbances Abstract Recently, Influence of human activities and natural disturbances the habitat of Alxa desert in Inner Mongolia was fragmentized, it was lead to the discontinuous distribution of rondent between habitat patches which had a higher risk of extinction in such small patches.
