箱体CAD重构及其工艺设计 作者姓名：黎 卯 专业名称：机械工程及其自动化 指导教师：周立华 讲师 摘要 箱体是机床和减速器的重要零件，属于大批生产类型，其材料常用灰铸铁，它把机床和减速器中许多零部件连成一体，使它们保持正确的位置关系，以传递转矩或改变转速来完成规定的运动。箱体主要是由箱座、箱盖组成，其结构比较复杂，箱体上通常有一些尺寸精度和位置精度要求较高的轴承孔和定位销孔，他们主要用于相关零件的定位或者在加工过程中用于两个零部件的定位，所以箱体的机械加工量比较大，难度也相当大，对加工工艺和相关夹具设计也提出了比较高的要求。 企业快速发展不但要保证零件加工质量，而且要提高生产效率，降低生产成本，这也是国外现代机械加工工艺的主要发展方向。本论文主要是通过对箱体零件图及其结构分析，运用CAD和PRO/E绘制箱体二维和三维图纸，进而对箱体进行工艺设计以及相关加工精度分析，拟定加工工艺路线，形成加工工艺过程卡一张，加工工序卡多张，若有必要还进行夹具设计。 ………………………………………. 关键词 ：箱体 工艺设计 CAD PRO/E  Abstract The box is an important part of machine tools and gear belonging to a large number of types of production, the material commonly used gray cast iron, machine tools and gear in many parts fused so that they maintain the correct positional relationship to transmit torque or changespeed to complete the required movement.
