第29卷第3期 卫生软科学 Vol.29 No.3 2015年3月 Soft Science of Health Mar.,2015 ● 医学教育 ● 意义体认视域下高等医学人文教育范式创新论略 时统君 （徐州医学院社会科学部，江苏 徐州 221004） 摘 要：高等医学人文教育范式是指人们对高等医学人文教育实践活动中发生的各种教育现象所持有的见解、思维方 式以及思维框架的总称，是对高等医学人文教育进行哲学思考的理论反映。在教育目的、教育向度、教育层次等多方 面的具体与历史的统一中高等医学人文教育至少呈现出理想范式、问题范式与规律范式这样三种本质性范式。而实现 理想范式、问题范式与规律范式具体的、历史的辩证统一既是高等医学人文教育理论体系走向成熟与完善的重要方法 论前提，也是创新高等医学人文教育范式并促进高等医学人文教育实现其自身历史使命的重要方法论保证。 关键词：高等医学人文教育；理想范式；问题范式；规律范式 中图分类号：R192 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1003-2800(2015)03-0159-03 Thoughts on high medical humanistic education paradigm innovation under the view of recognizing meanings SHI Tong-jun ( Xuzhou Medical College , Xuzhou, Jiangsu 221004, China) Abstract ： High medical humanistic education paradigm is not only a kind of summary, including people’s ideas, thinking ways and frameworks on various educational phenomenons in the practice of high medical humanistic education, but also refers to a kind of theoretical reflection of philosophical thinking to high medical humanistic education. Depending on the concrete and historical unity of such as purpose, target and level about education and so on, high medical humanistic education at least has three essential paradigms which include ideal, problem and law paradigm. Now realizing the concrete and historical unity of ideal, problem and law paradigm is not only the important methodological premise for the theory of high medical humanistic education trending toward maturity and perfection, but also the important methodological assurance for the paradigm of high medical humanistic education innovating
