零售商对商品双周期库存管理的订购策略研究 摘要 库存管理作为运筹学的一个重要研究分支，在企业管理、物流管理等领域有重要应用。 在供应链管理中，加强库存管理不仅能提高企业盈利，降低企业的投资成本，而且可以更 好地提高客户服务水平，从而加强企业的市场竞争力。 为应对市场各种因素的快速变化，本文考虑对商品采用周期性库存管理，研究最优订 购策略，并建立了两个库存优化模型，分析了模型的特点，给出了相应的求解算法和数值 分析。本文共分三章。 第一章主要介绍了库存及库存管理、周期性库存管理，以及一些预备知识。并介绍了 本文的主要研究结果。 第二章研究零售商和供应商签订相关补货协议，并建立了零售商双周期最优化库存管 理模型，通过对模型的分析给出了相应的求解算法。 第三章，在二级供应链中，零售商未知市场需求和产品价格下降的情况下，研究双周 期订单批量模型中商品定价和订购量问题。通过模型分析，证明了最优零售价格和最优订 购量的存在性。并通过数值试验进一步验证了该模型在实际中的可行性。 关键词 供货协议；需求未知；不合格产品；双周期；库存管理 ii Two-period Ordering Inventory Management ABSTRACT Inventory management is a branch of operations research,widely used in business management,logistics management and other fields. In the supply chain,inventory management has become more and more important element of the supply chain management.Lacking or excessing merchandise inventory directly affectly`composite cost.As a result,taking a good inventory management method,can not only help to the profitability of the enterprise and reduce investment cost, but also improvement customer service level much better,so it can enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Responsing to the fast changes of the various market factors,we conside the periodic inventory management for commodities, study the optimal ordering policy,and establish two-period inventory optimization model.We analyze the characteristics of the models and provide solution algorithma and numerical analysis.There are three chapters in this paper.
