摘 要 摘 要 海量数据处理是目前科学研究亟待解决的关键技术问题，如何将高维数据约 减为潜在结构清晰的低维数据是研究的热点和难点。非负矩阵分解 （Nonnegative Matrix Factorization ，NMF ）是一种有效的海量非负数据处理方法，具有实现简单、 分解速度快以及分解结果有明确物理意义等优点，已成为高维数据降维分析领域 的重要研究方向。本文在对现有NMF 算法深入分析和研究的基础上，提出了以下 非负矩阵分解的改进方法： （一）一种数据流式的非负矩阵分解（Data Stream Nonnegative Matrix Factorization ，DSNMF ）方法。在矩阵规模增大时，对增加的矩阵进行NMF 分解， 将分解得到的基矩阵与原始矩阵分解得到的基矩阵连接成一个新矩阵，进行NMF 分解，并通过矩阵变换得到矩阵增大后的系数矩阵。实验结果表明，本方法相比 同类方法，有效减少了降维时间，增强了低维特征的稀疏性和可解释性，提高了 人脸识别率。 （二）一种正交指数约束的平滑非负矩阵分解 （Smooth Nonnegative Matrix Factorization with Orthogonal Exponent Constraints ，OESNMF ）方法。将非负矩阵 分解为基矩阵、列归一化平滑矩阵和系数矩阵之积，同时在目标函数中加入了正 交指数约束，保证了低维特征的非负性和局部化，减小了分解误差，提高了稀疏 性的调节能力。将本方法应用于数据降维、特征稀疏性比较、有遮挡人脸识别和 视频运动特征提取，实验结果表明，本方法比同类方法具有更好的性能。 关键词：非负矩阵分解 数据降维 稀疏约束 特征提取 人脸识别 Abstract Abstract Massive data processing is the key technical problem of scientific research to be solved at present. How to reduce high dimension to low dimension with clear potential structure is a hotspot and difficulty. Nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) is an effective method for mass nonnegative data processing. Because of its easy implement, faster decomposition and the physical meaning of the results, NMF has become an important research direction in the field of high dimensional data dimension reduction analysis. On the basis of deep analysis and research on NMF, this paper proposes the following improved methods of NMF. (1) A data stream nonnegative matrix factorization (DSNMF) is proposed.
