摘要 外贸行业所涉及到的单证包括销售订单，采购合同，托单，装箱单，报关单，发票等单证，将单证业务复杂的数据交由计算机系统来处理。通过信息化，提高了数据的准确性和及时性，单证自动生成，减少了单证员的工作量，提高了工作效率。在新的历史时期，运用新的具有先进管理理念的系统管理公司，提高工作效率，降低出错的机率，开发一套外贸单证管理系统具有很大的经济意义。 本论文针对单证管理从方便外贸企业出口单证制作和管理需要，对外贸单证系统进行了分析与设计。系统的主要功能有资料管理，单证管理，业务管理等，本设计很好地总结了外贸企业进出口单据之间的关系，充分发挥了计算机的组织管理能力，使外贸企业的出口单证制作工作从繁琐复杂，化为简单易用，管理工作从零乱不齐，化为有条有序，切实的实现了外贸企业单证工作的信息化管理。 关键词：国际贸易；单证管理；信息化；进出口 ABSTRACT For the documents of the international trade , including sales orders, procurement contracts, care orders, packing lists, declarations, invoices and other documents, will be handled by the computer system. Through the information to improve the accuracy and timeliness of data, documents automatically, reducing the workload of salesman, and improve work efficiency. In the new historical period, the use of new management concepts with advanced systems management company, improve efficiency and reduce the probability of error to develop a document management system of international trade has great economic significance. This thesis focuses on document management to facilitate foreign trade enterprises from the production and management needs of export documents, documents of the foreign trade system analysis and design.
