Combining with the requirements of power system “San Ji Wu Da (Intensive management in human resources, financial resources, and material resources; large-scale movements in programming, construction, operation, overhaul, and production)” system construction for the electric power automation information network, the EPON technology based network is taken as an automation information transmission platform. The planning and design of platform is introduced in detail, and the actual effect of the platform is analyzed, to meet the requirements of electric power automation information for the speed, quality and reliability.
