山东省炼化企业之间的竞合博弈分析1 1 2 2 丁浩 ，张朋程 ，霍国辉 1.中国石油大学(华东)经济管理学院，东营市，中国，257061 2. 中国石油大学(华东)经济管理学院，青岛市，中国，266555 摘要:地方炼化企业冲击着四大国有石油公司在山东成品油市场的影响力，成品 油市场表现为不稳定性趋势。为了保障成品油市场的稳定，建立和谐共赢的石油 市场体系，文章首先阐述了山东省炼化业的发展状况；其次，利用“产量博弈” 和“价格博弈”模型分析山东省炼化企业之间的竞合博弈及其影响因素，结果表 明：山东省炼化企业最终将采取联盟合作，影响博弈过程的主要因素有原料油来 源、燃油消费税、成品油销售渠道和产业结构；最后，提出了山东省炼化业的发 展建议。 关键词:炼化企业；成品油市场；竞合博弈 Analysis on Competition and Cooperation Games about the Refining Enterprise in Shandong Province 1 2 2 Ding Hao Zhang Pengcheng Huo Guohui 1.
