However, the vigorous development of the grassroots review does not bear the cultural leading roles of the book review, business review also denied the book reviews independence, few of the specialized book review site also facing the survival challenge. So the author thinks, domestic cultural circles should appeal a large number of official or private capitals to fund the Book Critics Circle, raising the public welfare review fund .lay a foundation to fund for the establishment of a fair and reasonable third party review mechanism. This review mechanism should be take the book reviews to the cultural value , make the book stays to the real professionalism and independence, and take the function to lead the reading trend ，the same to advocate a healthy society . This paper divided into three parts to analysis the status quo and development strategy of the network book review. Firstly, the author give a certain account for the current situation of network reviews; On the basis, analysis of the deficiencies in the development of the network book review; the third part, the author puts forward the non-profit third party network review mechanisms construction. Purpose is to build a rich、independent and unbiased review environment, then playing a better role to foster the social reading atmosphere and establish a healthy social unrest.
