2007年 2月 February, 2007 第 2卷 第 1期 Vol. 2, No. 1 傅国如, 陈荣, 吕凤军, 李松航 ( 北京航空工程技术研究中心, 北京 100076) [ ] 某型发动机连续发生两起由于与主输油圈连接的U 形燃油供油导管在连接处断裂引起的空中漏油故障。对断 裂导管的安装位置 结构特点及装配情况进行了检查, 对同型发动机进行了开车试验, 对导管断口进行了分析。结果表明, 两根导管的断裂性质相同, 均为起始应力较大的高周疲劳断裂, 疲劳裂纹起始于 U 形导管内侧或外侧的焊缝部位。U 形导 管装配应力大是导致导管疲劳裂纹早期萌生的主要原因, 高压燃油冲击和脉动引起的弯曲应力对裂纹的萌生也有一定的影 响, 导管焊缝处存在的焊接缺陷对裂纹的萌生具有促进作用。 [] 发动机; 导管; 疲劳断裂; 装配 [] V215. 5+ 5 [] A [] 167 - 6214( 2007) 01-0029-05 F racture Failure Analysis of a Fuel P ipe in an A ero-engines FU Guo-ru, CHEN Rong, LV Feng-jun, LI Song-hang (B eij ing A eronautical Tech nology R esearch C enter, B e ij ing 100076, Ch ina) A bstrac t: Tw o oil leaking failures of one type of aero-engine happened continuously, wh ich w ere resu lted from fracture ofU-pipes at the joint connecting w ith the m ain p ipe laying. Fix position, structure characteristics and assemb ly state of fracture U-pipes w ere inspected and the fracture surface w as observed. And trial run of the same type of aero-engine was conducted. The resu lts show that the fracturem odel of tw o p ipes are the sam e high cycle fatigue fracture due to high original stress. Fatigue crack orig-i nated from w elding line at inboard or outboard of U-pipes. The m ain cause of fatigue crack origination w as excessive assemb ly stress. Bend stress resulted from shock and pu lse of h igh pressure oil also have som e effects on the crack origination. Thew eld ing defects ex isted in w elding line prom oted the origination of crack.
