AB STRACT Ob ective: T o evaluate the efficacy and m orbidity of 24Ftract percutaneou nephrolithotomy
( PNL) acce ed by tw otep d ilation. M ethods: A total of 3 052 patient w ith 3 366 kidney or upper
ureter calculi underw ent 24Ftract PNL acce ed by tw otep dilation between Aug. , 2003 and Jan. , 2008,
including 108 patient w ith olitary kidney, 68w ith kidney cy t, 44 w ith hor e hoe kidney, 26 w ith verte
