吊篮式高层建筑外墙抹灰机主机设计摘要：墙面抹灰工程是建筑工程中普遍的一项内容,墙面装饰除了功能性要求如隔音外,还有美观要求,因此掌握抹灰技术尤为重要。本文主要设计了吊篮式高层建筑外墙抹灰机（主机），目的是满足目前外墙抹灰更高要求，它能自动抹灰且移动灵活、效率高，避免了传统抹灰作业中手动墙面找平、刮去多余部分、回收落地灰等步骤，便于施工。对于高层建筑，该抹灰机作业还具有成本低、操作简便、安全性高等特点，这也将取得更大的社会经济效益。本文对吊篮式外墙抹灰机的固有结构及传动机构进行了详细的设计和计算，并应用AutoCAD2010软件绘制了其中的零件图及总装图。关键词：抹灰机，高空吊篮，传动机构The high-rise building external wall plastering machine designAbstract：Wall plastering engineering is an common element in building engineering.wall decoration in addition to functional requirements such as sound insulation,also need aesthetic requirements, so grasp the plastering technology is particular important.This article mainly designs the high-rise building external wall plastering machine (host) which is designed to meet the higher requirements of wall plaster in present, it can automaticallyplaster and moveflexibly, it has high efficiency, so it avoids the traditional plastering operation manual leveling the wall, scraping away the excess, recyclingfly ash, and other steps, which is convenient to construction. For the high-rise buildings, the plastering machine has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, high safety, which will have the greater social and economic benefits. The high-rise building external wall plastering machine’s inherent structure and drive mechanism is designed and calculated in this article, and use AutoCAD2010 software to draw the part drawing and general assembly drawing.Key words：plastering machine, high altitude hanging basket,transmission mechanism1 绪论1.1课题的背景及意义随着社会的发展，在现代都市中高层建筑越来越多，各种各样的摩天大楼成为现代都市中一道亮丽的风景。近年来，城市市容环境整顿工作越来越引起人们的重视,作为城市面貌的建筑外表面清理和装饰工作已成为城市环境整顿的工作重点。在建筑工程中墙体抹灰是一项必不可少的工序，不论是平房还是高楼，传统的建筑外墙抹灰工作均是由人工完成的，然而，对于高层建筑人工抹灰是相当危险的，由此带来的问题是:既费时费力工作量大，又存在许多不安全隐患，高空强气流致使人难以平衡，工作环境相当恶劣，伤亡事故时有发生，最重要的是抹灰质量得不到保证，效果参差不齐，工艺质量的差异与工人的技术水平有极大关系，严重影响工程竣工率。同时，需要工人在高温、高压、有毒的艰险恶劣的环境中完成复杂作业，这无疑对工人的健康和生命安全造成巨大的威胁。为解决手工抹灰所面临的问题提高施工效率和质量，减轻工人负担，要求我们必须设计一款能代替手工的机械式抹灰机，来实现手工抹灰的机械化操作。而我国人口众多，住房面积在世界处于首位，再加上其他建筑需要，所以抹灰机市场前景巨大，对于我国建筑行业的发展也有极其重要的意义。因此抹灰机
