基于有限元分析的叉车门架的焊接变形研究 摘要:焊接是牵涉到电弧物理、热传导、冶金和力学的复杂过程。过去,生产中的焊接变形主要凭借经验,其规律往往难以预测和控制。通常,预测焊接变形的方法是采用热弹塑性有限元法,近年来,国内外采用热弹塑性有限元法来分析焊接变形取得了很大的成功,但是这种方法往往需要大容量的计算机和很长计算时间,对于较复杂的三维焊接结构,这种方法即使可能也是不经济的。本论文研究的是柳工CPCD30叉车外门架的焊接变形趋势。本论文通过使用大型有限元软件ANSYS,以固有应变为理论基础较全面的对CPCD30叉车外门架总成的焊接变形进行分析,为以后叉车门架的焊接工作提供有效的参考数据。 关键词:焊接变形,CPCD30叉车外门架,固有应变,有限元 Based on the finite element analysis of the forklift truck door frame welding deformation research Abstract: Arc welding is involved in physics, the complex process of heat transfer, metallurgy and mechanics. In the past, in the production of welding deformation mainly depend on experience, the rules are often difficult to predict and control. Usually, the prediction method of welding deformation is the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method is adopted, in recent years, domestic and international thermal elastic-plastic finite element method (fem) is used to analysis of welding deformation has achieved great success, but this method often require large capacity computer and a long calculation time, for more complex 3 d welding structure, this method even if may also not economic. This paper studies the liugong CPCD30 welding deformation tendency of forklift truck outside door frame. By using large-scale finite element software ANSYS, this paper based on the theory of inherent strain of welding deformation of CPCD30 forklift outside door frame assembly is analyzed, for the forklift truck door frame welding work provides effective reference data.
