Under the circumstance of the integration of the economies of the world and the internationalism of the higher education, how would our national universities, through the bridge of importing intelligence, recruit highly qualified persons in the worldwide scramble for the talents resource, is significant to the development of our national higher education. This essay has stated the essential features of the knowledge economy and the chances and the challenge faced with our national higher educational development against the background of the internationalism of the higher education. It has mainly analyzed the present state of the management of importing intelligence of higher education, and concretely analyzed the existing problems. Based on the above, the author proposes her own countermeasures and suggestion on how to improve the quality of the work of importing intelligence.
