脐针得气与疗效的临床观察 柳学俭 (澳大利亚) 摘要 脐针得气与体针得气有本质不同。本文定义了脐针得气的概念，介绍了用手法激发经气来促进脐针 得气的方法，报告了 212 例有关脐针得气与疗效的临床观察结果。结论:1）脐针得气的特点：温热为主 要得气反应，趋病性，交叉性（符合巨刺原则），与神经分布不一致，而与洛书，内八卦，外八卦基本一 致，容易泛化。2）脐针得气的临床类型:超敏感型、敏感型、低度敏感型、轻度迟钝型、迟钝型。3）脐 针得气与疗效的关系：脐针得气是取效的必要条件。手法激发经气可以促进脐针得气，提高临床疗效。 4）手法激发经气的副作用，手法激发经气的适应症，以及脐针得气的影响因素。 关键词 脐针 Clinical Observation on Deqi and Effectiveness of Navel Acupuncture Liu Xuejian Abstract The concept of deqi (qi sensation or needling sensation from patient when delivering acupuncture) between navel acupuncture and traditional or body acupuncture is essentially different. This paper clearly defines the concept of navel acupuncture deqi, introduces a manual technique to promote navel acupuncture deqi, reports 212 observed in clinic regarding navel acupuncture deqi and its therapeutic effectiveness. The results are: 1 Characteristics of navel acupuncture deqi: warm feeling is major form; tending towards disease; cross reaction; not conforming with eneurosis but basically conforming with Luo Shu, the Internal Eight Diagrams and the External Eight Diagrams; susceptible to generalization. 2 Clinical types of navel acupuncture deqi: super sensitivity, sensitivity, hyposensitivity, hypo-retardation, retardation, 3 Relationship between deqi and therapeutic effectiveness of navel acupuncture: deqi of navel acupuncture is necessary condition to achieve good therapeutic effectiveness. The manual technique traditionally used to activate meridian qi may promote navel acupuncture deqi and raise clinical therapeutic effectiveness. 4 side effects caused by the manual technique, indications of the manual technique and influence factors of navel acupuncture deqi.
