Analysis on the trust issues of the Taobao Abstract：Taobao website has now become the largest Electronic Commerce Retail Circle in Asia-Pasific since it established in 2003. The website easily defeated of the e-Bay in China’s e-commerce market five years ago,even now which is still the largest internet retail in the world. But in the process of rapid development of Taobao, many problems also reveal a series of its vulnerabilities of its trust mechanism, such as fakes, credit speculation, even few people do criminal activitiy by using the website. As more and more evidence began to accumulate, the intendants from the website felt obliged to investigate, for the complaints given by people who claimed to have been cheated during they traded off on the website.The article try to analyse a series of issues of Taobaos trust mechanism and summarize the factors that stunt the further development of Taobao. The article also propose some specific ways to solve out these problems of Taobaos trust mechanism , which base on its actual condition.that is cooperate with the Network Ministry of Public Security,implement Report Measures, set a integrity complaint platform, enhance communication and co-operation with logistics. Taobao have to deal with a solution for repairing its trust mechanism from the roots. Taotao as a largest successful e-commerce retail in China,it should take more duty to construct high level trust mechanism and security system ,and also help to improve China’s e-commerce trading environment , in this process it will be able to expand its market share to involve in more businss in China’s e-commerce. Keywords：Taobao；Trust；Development 浅析诚信问题对淘宝网发展的影响 摘要：淘宝网自2003年创建以来，以迅猛的步伐抢占了中国电子商务C2C零售市场的龙头地位。然而，在淘宝网迅猛发展的过程中，由于其对商家的诚信管理机制存在漏洞，而引发了许多经营上的问题——假货横行、信用炒作等，甚至有一些不法分子利用淘宝网进行犯罪活动，这对于淘宝网的发展造成了一定的阻碍。本文通过对淘宝网存在的诚信体系的漏洞下的问题进行分析，透视出牵制淘宝网发展的因素所在。并根据其实际情况，提出了具体的解决措施——通过携手网络公安部、实行举报措施、设立诚信投诉平台和加强与物流公司的沟通合作。淘宝网欲想世界范畴发展，需首先从根源上去修补其漏洞。 关键词： 在短短的2年时间内，迅速成为国内网络购物场的第一名，占据了中国网络购
