Abstract: A study on parameters of solution and aging processing of PM T i- 6Al- 4V which were prepared by HIP processing was presented.
Meanwhile, the influences of different solution temperature, aging temperature and aging time on mechanical properties of PM Ti- 6Al- 4V
were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of materials are most preferential when solution and aging processing is
935 e + 36min+ WQ, 470e + 6h+ AC. It indicates that rational choices of parameters of solution and ag ing processing play important role in
the further improvement of mechanical properties of PM Ti- 6Al- 4V.
