由线路跳闸引发安全供电思索 　　摘要：随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高，我国的电力建设取得了较大程度上的进步，为我国国民经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高做出重要贡献。而在电力系统之中，输电线路是十分重要的组成部分，它能够对供电的稳定性与安全性造成一定程度上的影响。而线路跳闸往往会引发安全问题，进而影响到人们正常的生产、生活。因此，对由线路跳闸引发的安全供电问题进行有效的思考具有十分重要的现实意义。本文就结合某一钢铁厂线路跳闸所引发的事故。对这一问题进行一定程度上的研究与分析并提出在事故发生后应合理安排运行方式，最大限度地降低事故损失；调整内部负荷分配．重要设备配置不闻断供电电源(UPS)供电或双电源供电；充分发挥发电机孤网运行保重要负荷的作用，完善发电机孤网运行控制器；制定舍理的低频、低压解列和低频、低压切负荷方案，保证发电机解列后安全运行。同时．供电部门应协助钢厂的安全供电。 关键词：线路跳闸； 供电安全； 双电源；孤 网运行控制器 Abstract: With the rapid economic development and increasing levels of science and technology, China’s electric power construction has achieved a greater degree of progress, the development of our national economy and people’s living standards improve to make an important contribution.
