中医院校建立基于OSCE 架构临床技能实训平台思索和规划   摘 要 医学生临床技能的培养一直是许多医学院校普遍关注的问题,我校也在不断研究和实践如何更好地利用学校中医类国家级实验教学示范中心这个平台来提高学生的临床技能水平。近年来随着客观化结构考试(OSCE)引入国内并在诸多西医院校应用取得良好效果,我校开始探索建立基于OSCE架构的既体现我校专业特点又融合中医特色的临床技能实训平台。文章从建立平台的必要性、建设规划以及预期成效等几个方面阐述我们的建设理念。 关键词 临床技能 中医院校 OSCE 中图分类号:G642 文献标识码:A The Thinking and Planning of Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Clinical Skills Training Platform of OSCE Framework ——Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, for example WANG Guimei, LI Jihua, ZHANG Hongmeng, SI Xingyong, CHEN Dan (Experiment Center, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ji’nan, Shandong 250355) Abstract As medical students’ clinical skills training is always a problem of common concern to many medical colleges and schools, our school has been research and practice on how to better use of schools of traditional Chinese medicine class national experimental teaching demonstration center of the platform to improve the students’ clinical skills. Level exam (OSCE) in recent years, with the objective structure introduced domestic and application which has obtained good results in many western medicine colleges, our school begin to explore based on OSCE framework reflected our professional characteristics and fusion characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine clinical skills training platform this paper establish platform the necessity of the construction plan and the expected result and so on several aspects elaborated our construction idea. Key words clinical skills; colleges of traditional Chinese medicine; OSCE 0 前言 临床技能训练是医学教育中最重要的内容之一,也是评价医学教育质量优劣的重要指标。2001年6月世界医学教育联盟公布“本科医学教育国际标准”,强调了医学教育应注重学生在临床能力及终身学习能力的培养。①2001年卫生部、教育部联合发文《关于印发中国医学教育改革和发展纲要的通知》,提出“改革医学教育的培养模式、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和教学手段;加强医学生全面素质、创新精神和实践能力的培养”。②可见加强对医学生临床技能的培训考核,将其培养成技能操作规范娴熟、具有科研创新和人文关怀精神的高级医学人才,是高等医学教育者的共识。 近年来,受到相关行医法规细化以及患者维权意识增强等因素影响,医学生参与临床实践的机会减少,临床能力普遍下滑,仅依靠床边带教等传统的临床教学模式已不能满足临床技能培养的需要,临床教学质量正面临前所未有的挑战。在新形势下如何探索出新型的临床技能培养模式成为大家关注的热点。
