毕业设计（论文） 题 目：跟单工作内容及注意事项—以星威家具为例 系 部： 经 贸 管 理 系 专 业： 国 际 商 务 学 号： 　 学生姓名： 　 指导教师姓名： 　 指导教师职称： 讲 师 二○一二年 三 月 十五 日 摘 要 我国已成为世界上家具生产大国，同时也是一个重要的家具消费大国。中国一个巨大的潜在的消费市场已为世人瞩目。因此，可以预计家具行业的家具产量增长还有很大潜力。而跟单部门在销售中具有重要作用，其对生产、产能利用效率和交货能力有直接的影响。 作为订单的跟进者——跟单员的工作跨越了企业运作的每个环节，它是企业内各部门之间及企业与客户之间相互联系的中心枢纽和桥梁，是一个企业的窗口和门户。所以对跟单的研究是十分必要的。 就目前来看，关于纺织类跟单的研究国内有不少，例如姜旺生所著《服装生产现场管理》中所述关于服装生产跟单的职责及其标准。但是有关家具行业的跟单情况确如凤毛麟角一般，所以我认为深入研究家具行业的跟单现状并且结合实际对此进行分析研究是非常有意义的。 关 键 词： 家具行业 跟单现状 跟单问题 跟单模式 Documentary work and notes—Zhejiang Xingwei Office Furniture Manufacturing Co.,LTD as an example Abstract Our country has become in the world the furniture production power, China a huge potential consumer market already for the focus of world attention.
