超低碳钢微小夹杂缺陷形成分析

摘 要 冶炼产生的夹杂物在冲压拉伸过程中容易暴露导致缺陷,如裂纹、凸点、印痕等缺陷,对加工制品质量影
响较大,甚至一些微小的夹杂也是致命的。为了探究此缺陷产生的机理,采用 Laser-OES、 EPMA 等手段分析夹杂
成分及分布,利用凝固定律计算夹杂在钢水中被捕捉的位置,分析夹杂产生的原因。通过研究分析本文的微小夹杂
系三氧化二铝类夹杂,推断在连铸浇铸过程中由于侵入式水口结瘤脱落黏附在结晶壳上产生了皮下夹杂,经过轧制
成冷轧钢板,在制罐变形过程中皮下微小夹杂凸显在钢罐表面上,造成制品印痕缺陷。

Analysis of Micro Inclusions Defects Formed in Ultra Low Carbon

Abstract Inclusions of steelmaking exposed easily leads to defects in the stamping and stretching process, such as micro
inclusions defects, salient point, marks, which impact on the quality of the processed product, and even some small
inclusions is fatal. In order to study the mechanism of the defects, inclusion composition and distribution is analyzed by
EPMA, Laser-OES and other method; the captured position of the inclusions in the molten steel of mold is calculated by
solidification law; analysis of the causes of inclusions generated. Through this paper’s research and analysis of micro
inclusions that are aluminum oxide inclusions, it can be deduced that subcutaneous inclusions form in solidified shell in
casting process due to nozzle clogging adhesion. After rolled into the cold rolling steel plate, subcutaneous micro inclusions
are exposed on the surface of steel can in the canning process, which cause the product mark defect.

随着汽车、家电、包装等用途深冲加工的发展,以及对钢板进一步减薄的需要,对钢板质量要求越来越
高,普遍要求冲压后部件表面不得有裂纹、凸点、印痕等有害于使用的缺陷,轻者凸点或印痕缺陷,重者裂
纹缺陷,一旦产生这些有害缺陷,基本都会造成冲压部件的报废。影响此类冲压缺陷大多是钢板内部夹杂造
