Method: Totally 106 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients were recruited by multi-stage sampling method from a public hospital. They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results: The total score of transitional nursing needs among patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis patients was 4.02 ± 0.67, which was in the relatively high lever. The main factors affected patients transitional nursing needs were patients age, education lever, occupation and the course of disease. Conclusion: Rheumatoid Arthritis patients were eager to transitional nursing and their needs were extensive. Transitional nursing should focus on the needs of patients.
