人体适应能力及体质健康关系实验探究摘 要: 为了探索人体对生存的自然环境、社会环境和自身生理环境的适应能力与体质健康之 间的关系,以及不同类型人群之间适应能力的差异。研究对象:北京市城区居民385人。研 究方法:1) 采用“人体适应能力评价量表”对研究对象进行调查;2) 采用测试法对研 究对象的体质健康进行测试;3) 采用?T?检验、方差分析和等级相关对数据进行统计分 析。 结论:1) 对于成年人,现行体质测试结果与人体适应能力之间存在低度正相关关系;2)成年人对自然环境的适应能力和对自身生理性变化的适应及对疾病的抵抗能力比对社会环境 的适应能力更依赖于自身的体能状况。3) 成年男性对自然环境的适应能力和对生理病 理性适应能力高于女性,在对社会环境的适应能力上没有性别差异。4) 高学历人群对自 然环境的适应能力强于低学历人群。5) 工人与服务行业人群对自然环境的适应能力显著 低于专业技术人群和管理人群,而管理人群对社会环境适应分量表得分显著低于其它职业。 关键词:体质健康;适应能力;生存环境 中图分类号:G804.49文献标识码:A文章编 号:1007-3612(2009)08-0043-03 An Experimental Study on the Relationship between Human’s Physic al Adaptability and Physical Health REN Hong (Beijing Sport University, Beijing100084, China) Abstract: The study is to explore the relationship between human’s adaptabilityto natural environment, social environment and their own physiological environme nt and their physical health, and the differences in adaptability between differ ent types of people. 385 rural residents in Beijing are the targets. Methods:1)a survey is made through human adaptability evaluation scale on the targets; 2)the targets’ physical health conditions are tested; 3) T?test, variance analys i s and rank correlation are used to statistics on the data. Conclusions:1) amongadults, low positive correlation exists between their current physical test res ults and their physical adaptability; 2) adults’ adaptability to natural environ ment and their own physiological changes and resistance to diseases depends moreon their physical condition than adaptability to social environment. 3) adult m en’s adaptability to natural environment and physiology is better than women, bu t no sexual differences in social environment; 4) well?educated group’s adaptab i lity to natural environment is better than those of low?educated group; 5) thea daptability to natural environment of workers and employees in service industryis significantly lower than professional technique group and management group, a nd management
