【摘 要】 在城市发展进程中。我111一些大城市中心城区的人口、产业用地等要素向郊区转移，城市发展进入郊区化阶段。
随着产业结构的调整及城市租金的上涨．城市郊区出现以大片办公建筑为主的产业园区。文章以南京软件产业集聚区为例，
分析对比国内外城市郊区化背景下产业园的规划案例．指出在规划设计中应注意的问题并提出建议。
