安徽工商管理学院MBA毕业论文 临涣水泥粉磨站建设项目风险管理研究 姓 名：李怀成 学 号：10C507 导 师：毛雪岷 教 授 安徽工商管理学院 二零一二年九月  中 文 摘 要 建设项目投资是一种高风险投资，同时也是一种高回报投资，其中存在着诸多因素影响着这种风险与回报。一个建设项目，特别是在大中型建设项目的建设过程中，由于投资额度大、工期持续时间长、各个技术环节复杂、建设参与方众多、不可预见因素较多，其成败往往会影响到企业的经济效益，关系到企业发展战略的成败，甚至是一个企业存亡。因此，对于建设项目风险管理的研究已经受到了各个企业高层的高度关注。然而，在建设项目中风险是无形的、抽象的，且隐蔽性较高，因此对于其进行管理颇具挑战性，而正是这种挑战性，使得人们在与风险斗争的过程中不断深化对风险的认识，逐渐形成了相对完善的风险系统管理思想和理论体系，对项目风险的管理更为全面、更加科学。风险管理是对项目存在的风险进行主动控制和管理，因此对项目的风险加以识别、分析、评价和控制已经成为一项迫切的任务。 【关 键 词】工程项目 风险 管理 【论文类型】项目风险管理 Abstract Investment in construction projects is a high-risk investment, but also a high return on investment, of which there are many factors that affect the risk and return.
