第 28 卷第 6 期工程管理学报 Vol. 28 No. 6 2014 年 12 月 Journal of Engineering Management Dec. 2014 PPP 模式在中国的研究发展与趋势伍迪，王守清（清华大学建设管理系，北京 100084 ，E-mail ：wudi06@126.com ）摘要：PPP （Public Private Partnership ）模式在中国基础设施、公用事业等领域的投资与建设发挥越来越重要的作用，有必要对其相关领域的研究进行梳理以更好地指导实践。通过两阶段法分析 PPP 在中国的研究发展与趋势：整理国家自然科学基金自成立以来所有支持PPP 相关研究的项目，对项目的年度数量、支持金额、研究范围等进行时序分析，将PPP 在中国的发展划分为3 个阶段并总结各阶段的特点；通过整理各基金项目负责人及申请单位信息，以及代表PPP 在中国研究趋势的论文，建立并采用P-P-P （Project-Partnership-Process ）维度分类法将研究内容从3 个维度进行了研究趋势的总结与分析，为PPP 模式在中国今后的研究与实践提供一定参考。关键词：公私合营；投融资模式；发展阶段；研究趋势中图分类号：F283 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-8859 （2014 ）06-075-06 DOI: 10.13991/ki.jem.2014.06.015 Research Development and Trend of Public Private Partnership in China WU Di ，WANG Shou-qing （Department of Construction Management ，Tsinghua University ，Beijing 100084 ，China ，E-mail ：wudi06@126.com ） Abstract ：PPP （Public Private Partnership ）plays a more and more important role in the infrastructure and utilities investment and development in China，and it is necessary to summarize relevant studies to better guide practice. The PPP research development and trend in China is analyzed based on a two-stage method. This study first collects all PPP research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation since its inception，analyzes the annual number and funding amount and the research scope ， divides the past research development of PPP in China into three stages and summarizes their characteristics. Papers represented the PPP research trend in China are then listed based on the project leaders and applicant information. A P-P-P （Project-Partnership-Process ） classification method is built and used to summarize and analyze the
