Abstract  The conventional management mode of Chinas prisons was compelling and normative, which had  showed significant effect for the work of rectifing prisoners in the past. But, the mode had brought  on two problems, one of which was encroaching the right of prisoners by some prison police, the  other was some severe measure abating languishingly after the prisoners acclimation. Practice had  shown that, the measures for rectifing the prisoners would work better if the prisoners were cared  for and defered to adequately while they were smarting for, and they would walk up the roadway  of making a fresh start. So,humanization management becomes more and more important in the  field of rectifing prisoners.  As  a new  management  mode, humanization  management  for  the  prisoners  disputed  by  people  in  the whole  society,  especially  by  the  scholars. Someone considered that the new mode was ascensive and had  reflected polictical civilization of Chinas prison. Another thought that the  new mode was not grave and it had impinged the right of all burghers  especially of the victim. I think, the mode would benefit in two sides, one  is to protect the right of prisoners, which will create good condition for  the prisoners to start with a clean slate and advance the development of  Human  Rights  in  China.  The  other  is  to  accelerate  prisoners  to  sele­rectify, which will make the prisoners change to law­abiding citizens  and advance the progress of building a harmonious society. So, I think  that the new mode is important to practice because of being abreast of the  times and suiting the specific condintions of our country.   How to make the goal coming true? I consider to going at 3 ways.  Firstly, it must to change the wrong idea about the new managemeng  mode.  Secondly,  it must  to  exalt  the  level  of  protecting
