M ethods： Forty-five A SA I or II patients aged 18-65yrs undergoing elective esophageal or gastric cancer operative under ep idural-general anesthesia and w hose core tem perature w ere below 36 ° random ly div ided into 3 group s(n 15) ; group I receive intravenou s infosion of m ixed am ino acid at a rate of 2m l/kg.h (A );group II received a forced-air system (B );group III received none therapies(C ). R ectal tem perature w ere recorded per 5m in durin g 1 h . A B G w as recorded at the beginn ing and the en d of the study.
