前期物业管理各种主体法律关系分析 【摘要】物业管理直接关系人民群众的生活质量，但是实际情况是很多业主的合法权益经常受到各方侵害。物业管理方面的理论以及法律制度在西方发达国家已经非常成熟，通过实践西方对物业管理所发挥的作用进行了充分的肯定。在我国，由于物业管理起步相对较晚，相关法律制度不完善，物业服务企业在服务观念和专业能力方面匮乏，导致在实际服务过程中大量业主的合法权益受到侵害。因此无论从物业管理理论还是实践上看，业主权利的保护都很重要的。在传统的物业管理理论中，学者大多从宪法学、经济法学或行政学与行政管理的角度来论述对业主权利的保护。 【关键词】物业管理；业主权利；物业服务企业 Abstract Property management is directly related quality of life of people, but the reality is that many owners of the legitimate rights and interests are often violated by the parties. Property management theory and the legal system in Western countries has been very mature, and property management through the practice of the Wests role was fully affirmed. In China, the relatively late start as property management, the relevant legal system is imperfect, the concept of property services and professional services companies in the lack of capacity, resulting in actual service in the course of a large number of the owners legal rights have been infringed.
