* He invited me and other teachers to join this project with three objectives. First, the school would be a “Self-managed Waste Community by using appropriate and environmental friendly ways, which could help reduce the volume of waste transfering to the Bangkok Metropolis Authority (BMA). Second, To initiate a “School’s Learning Area for Environment Preservation”, my school that learning by doing then this project was filled in their education plan while they work they get new knowledge.It can integrate with many subjects science , math , social etc. Third to establish an “Environmental Care Culture” among all Roong Aroon’s community members with the same way for take care our environment. * Stage 1 Exploring Problem Developing System Stage 2 Diverting Attitude by Inspiring Moral Brave Stage 3 Adjusting Behavior by Establishing a Community Culture The process that emphasize at the learning community . We talked with our student and teachers for realize the problem and shared the opinion among teachers . and invite other teachers for did it for learning the process and concerned the objective When they understood they taught the students later. * Stage 1 Indicating “Treasures” out of “Trashes” We recording all information in detail, i.e. weight, categories, no. of pieces of plastic bags, cans, bottles, etc., from every dumping area. The received baseline is 206 kg per day. Setting up the system, rearranging the waste working area and facilities with new looks; clean tidy, attractive, and easy to use, in preparation to service waste sorting activity 1. food residual – will be animal food later on, 2. decomposable - will become compost for school’s farming, 3. recyclable – will be sold for reused * * Stage 2 Transforming “Trashes” to “Treasures” Teachers and staff volunteered in the “Env
