中国矿业大学毕业设计任务书 毕业设计题目： 三通道吊式直线振动筛 毕业设计专题题目： 毕业设计主要内容和要求： 三通道吊式直线振动筛设计 了解振动筛的工作过程及原理。对比各种振动筛的工作原理，设计一台三通道吊式直线振动筛。 参数： 最大入料粒度：13mm；　筛网层数：单层；　工作面积：12mm 筛面形式：条缝筛板；　筛面倾角：0°；　抛射角：45° 生存能力（脱水）：70～100 t/h 1.根据相关参数完成三通道吊式直线振动筛设计的总体设计； 2.完成振动筛结构设计、激振器的选择； 3.完成主要传动组件,零件的工作图设计； 4.完成振动筛工作图设计； 5.编写完成整机设计计算说明书 摘 要 筛分作业是煤炭加工的重要环节，它广泛用于筛选厂和选煤厂。筛分作业所用的设备多为振动筛 振动筛是一种适合潮湿细粒级难筛物料干法筛分的振动筛分机械设备，是目前国内处理难筛物料的振动筛分机械设备。振动筛具有大振幅、大振动强度、较低频率和弹性筛面的工艺特点。工作过程中始终保持最大的开孔率，从而筛分效率高、处理能力大，筛板更换方便，降低了成本。振动筛超大筛面和大处理能力可满足现场的生产需要。振动筛筛子的结构采用多段筛面振动而筛箱和机架不参与振动的运动方式，使筛子实现了大型化。 我国的直线振动筛研究一直落后与国外，特别是在大型化方面。 该设计结构与普通筛不一样，它有4块侧板，中间两侧是主要的，振动器安装在它上面，由它向筛面传递振动力，外面两块是次要的，只起挡料板的作用。物料是通过三个通道筛分和运输的，这种结构的最大优点是横梁尺寸可以大大减小，大大降低参振质量。经济效益十分明显，而且筛型越大，效果越明显。 激振力直接由侧板传递到各个部件上,省去工字大梁,降低了筛箱重量和成本,但对筛箱结构设计提出了较高的要求,为此我们对筛箱强度、刚度、重心、空间结构进行了优化设计。 关键词： 选煤机械； 振动筛； 设计； 筛分 Abstract The screening work is the coal processing important link, it widely uses in screening the factory and the coal dressing plant.
